This is the time we need to verify your payment, prepare the toys for shipment, and complete all necessary pre – shipping procedures. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or public holidays.
- Cut – off Time: Orders received before 2:00 PM (CET – Central European Time) on a business day will start processing on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
2. Domestic Shipping (Italy)
2.1 Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping:
- Delivery Time: Your order will be delivered within 3 – 5 business days. This option is suitable for customers who are not in a hurry to receive their children’s toys.
- Cost: Shipping costs for standard shipping within Italy are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order. For orders weighing up to 1 kg, the shipping cost is €5. For orders between 1 – 3 kg, the cost is €8. For orders over 3 kg, please contact our customer service for a shipping quote.
- Express Shipping:
- Delivery Time: With express shipping, you can expect to receive your order within 1 – 2 business days. This is an ideal option if you need the toys urgently.
- Cost: Express shipping within Italy costs €15 for all order weights.
2.2 Shipping Carriers
We primarily use reliable domestic shipping carriers such as [Carrier 1 Name] and [Carrier 2 Name] to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your orders within Italy.
3. International Shipping
3.1 Eligible Countries
We currently ship to most countries around the world. However, there are some restrictions. We are unable to ship to certain regions due to customs regulations or shipping carrier limitations. Before placing an international order, please check the list of eligible countries during the checkout process. If your country is not listed, unfortunately, we cannot ship to your location at this time.
3.2 Shipping Options
- Standard International Shipping:
- Delivery Time: Delivery usually takes 7 – 14 business days, depending on the destination country. This option is suitable for customers who do not require immediate delivery.
- Cost: Shipping costs for standard international shipping are calculated based on the destination country, weight, and dimensions of your order. As a general guideline, for orders weighing up to 1 kg, the shipping cost starts from €10. For heavier or larger orders, the cost will be higher. You can view the exact shipping cost during the checkout process.
- Express International Shipping:
- Delivery Time: With express international shipping, your order will be delivered within 3 – 5 business days. This option is recommended for customers who need their toys quickly.
- Cost: Express international shipping costs vary depending on the destination country. As a starting point, for orders weighing up to 1 kg, the cost is €25. Heavier or larger orders will have higher costs. The exact cost will be displayed during the checkout process.
3.3 Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Responsibility: For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by your country’s customs authority. These charges are not included in the shipping cost we quote. The amount of customs duties and taxes varies depending on the destination country and the value of the goods in your order.
- Notification: When your order reaches the customs of your country, the local customs authority will contact you regarding the payment of duties and taxes. Please cooperate with them to ensure the smooth release of your package. We are not able to predict or estimate the amount of these charges, so please check with your local customs office for more information.
4. Shipping to PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
- Domestic (Italy): We are unable to ship to PO Boxes within Italy. Please provide a physical street address for domestic orders.
- International: For international orders, we can ship to some APO/FPO addresses. However, please note that shipping times may be longer, and not all shipping options are available. During the checkout process, if your APO/FPO address is eligible for shipping, the available shipping options will be displayed.
5. Shipping of Multiple Items in One Order
- Single Shipment: If all the items in your order are available in the same warehouse and are suitable for being shipped together, we will ship them as a single package.
- Split Shipments: In some cases, especially when you have ordered a variety of toys that are stored in different warehouses or have different handling requirements, your order may be split into multiple shipments. Each shipment will have its own tracking number. If your order is split, we will notify you via email with the details of each shipment, including the tracking numbers.
6. Order Tracking
- Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track the status of your shipment. You can use this tracking number on the website of the shipping carrier we have used for your order. The tracking information will show you the progress of your package, including when it has been dispatched, in transit, and out for delivery.
- Tracking Updates: Please note that it may take some time for the tracking information to be updated on the carrier’s website. If you have any concerns about the delivery status of your order, please contact our customer service team, and we will do our best to assist you.

- Incorrect Address: It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. If you provide an incorrect address and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs required to resend the package to the correct address. - Missing Packages: In the rare event that your package is reported as missing by the shipping carrier, please contact us immediately. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed to be lost, we will either reship the order to you or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
